The smoothie for prevention and treatment of Malarial nephropathy

The finding of a natural source for treatment of Malarial nephropathy  has been running into many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially with promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in large sample size and mutli centers human trials.

Malarial nephropathy is a condition of renal and renal-related disorders commonly occur in infection with Plasmodium falciparum and P. malariae.  Falciparum malaria causes fluid and electrolyte disorders, affecting mostly people in tropics. The disease may cause chronic glomerulopathy, leading to end stage of renal failure. Most case of Malarial nephropathy is a result of Plasmodium falciparum cause of kidney infection(1).

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Due to its commercial values and health effects, green tea now has been cultivated all over the world in suitable climate. According to the joint study led by the Chiang Mai University, green tea extract (GTE) used conjunction with 1-(N-acetyl-6-aminohexyl)-3-hydroxy-2-methylpyridin-4-one (CM1) inhibited the growth of malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum(2).
Dr.Patil PR and colleagues at the University of Siena, said, "the anti-adhesive property of (+)-EGCG against a new panel of ICAM-1-binding patient isolates of P. falciparumshowed that this inhibitor, identified as potential mimic of the L43 loop of human ICAM-1, was effective at blocking cytoadherence"(3).
Furthermore, EGCG also inhibited the formation of MSP2 fibrils, one of the most abundant proteins on the surface of Plasmodium falciparum merozoites(4).

Resveratrol is a phytochemical in the class of Stilbenoids, found abundantly in peanuts and grape, may also exhibited anti Antimalarial activity against parasites, according to the Wonkwang University Sanbon Medical Center(5).
The The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research study also suggested that resveratrol may inhibit MSP2 fibrillogenesis, a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored protein expressed abundantly on the surface of Plasmodium falciparum merozoites(6).
furthermore, resveratrol isolated from the leaves of Parthenocissus tricuspidata (Vitaceae) expressed significant antiplasmodial activity(7).

The combination of Green Tea, Peanut and Grape smoothie may hold a key in further studies in production of an effective natural ingredients for prevention and treatment of Malarial nephropathy and Malaria induced by Malaria Parasite  without inducing adverse effects.

People who are at increased risk of Malarial nephropathy and Malaria induced by Malaria Parasite  due to weaken immunity, family history .....should drink at least one cup daily and people with Malarial nephropathy and Malaria induced by Malaria Parasite  should drink the juices at least 4 times a day, depending to digestive toleration.
Change of life style and diet pattern are also recommended.
