1sp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. walnut oil
salt and pepper
1. Pulp the garlic with salt
2. Mix in mustard and cider vinegar
3. Whisk in the oils
4. Test for seasoning
